Rates for Services

I offer a free 15-minute consultation to determine if we are a good fit for counseling services.

  • Intake Appointment (60 minutes): $225

    Standard Session (60 minutes): $200

    Shortened Session (45 minutes): $185

    Check-In Sessions (20-30 minutes): $85

  • Intake Appointment (90 minutes): $300

    Standard Session (60 minutes): $200

    Shortened Session (45 minutes): $185

    Brief Session (30 minutes): $100

  • Intake Appointment (60 minutes): $250

    Extended Session (90 minutes): $250

    Standard Session (60 minutes): $200

    Shortened Session (45 minutes): $175

  • Group Therapy Session (75-90 minutes, per person): $75

JB Counseling & Wellness is considered out of network for insurance; however, if you have out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide you with an invoice or superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

I accept credit or debit cards as forms of payment for services. You must keep a card on file if you are an active client. Payment is due at the start or prior to the appointment.

Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid a late fee. Failure to notify of your cancellation or cancelling within the 24-hour mark will result in a fee of $125. Unless there is an unavoidable, unforeseen emergency (i.e., car accident, hospitalization, house fire), you will be charged the full cancellation/late fee if you fail to show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots to help increase access to therapy. These reduced-rate sessions are offered based on financial need and availability. Please reach out if you’d like to discuss current options.
