Do you feel alone in your struggles? Does it feel like no one understands you or your experience? It’s common to feel like you’re the only person experiencing this. That’s why meeting in a group can help you feel supported and help normalize your experience by connecting you with other people who have a shared interest or challenge. Joining a group may feel intimidating, but it can be a valuable and trusted source of support.
Why Join a Group?
Groups offer unique advantages that extend beyond individual counseling. Here are some reasons to consider joining a group:
Build connections with others in a supportive environment
Gain guidance from a trained facilitator
Learn through the shared stories and insights of peers
View your challenges from fresh perspectives
Receive encouragement as you work toward personal growth
Cost-effective option compared to individual sessions

How Do Groups Work?
All of our groups are led by a Licensed Therapist. Group size typically ranges from 5–10 participants. Some groups may include the same members throughout, while others may welcome new participants along the way.
Groups usually last 60–90 minutes and meet for 6–8 weeks. You’re welcome to join a group whether or not you’re currently in individual therapy. Confidentiality is a core expectation in every group.
